What to send us

A person reads each request and replies within one business day. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide.

When the car is ready

Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.

Before you drop the car off

Ask any question you have before the work starts. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.

How the price is set

Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.

Aftercare

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.

Honest about distance

CarmaCars operates from a single location in Toronto, so West Gallatin is outside our area. Our deliveries stop at about 250 km from Toronto; West Gallatin is roughly 2,517 km away.
