From request to appointment

We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. A person reads each request and replies within one business day. Send photos and we reply with a price for your car. A short description of the problem is enough to start.

Pricing, plainly

The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.

Planning around the work

Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. We keep you posted if the timing changes. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.

Getting the car ready

Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.

Looking after it afterwards

If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
