Booking the work

Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers. A short description of the problem is enough to start. Send photos and we reply with a price for your car. If you have a deadline, put it in the request.

Pricing, plainly

If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. We price the job before we start, never after.

Before you drop the car off

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.

Timing

Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.

After the work

Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
