What to send us

A short description of the problem is enough to start. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. We price each job once we know the car and what it needs. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time.

On the day

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.

Looking after it afterwards

Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.

What affects the price

The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.

How long you are without it

We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.

A note on distance
