Getting a quote

Include the colour and any options that affect the work. Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. Every car is different, so we reply with a price for yours. Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you.

What to bring

Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.

Why prices differ

The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. We price the job before we start, never after.

After the work

Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.

When the car is ready

We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.
