How to request it

If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in.

When the car is ready

Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. We keep you posted if the timing changes. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.

Pricing, plainly

Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.

Aftercare

If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.

A few things first

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.

Honest about distance
