Your request

Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works. We price each job once we know the car and what it needs. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time.

Looking after it afterwards

Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.

What goes into a quote

A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.

Planning around the work

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.

A few things first

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

A note on distance

CarmaCars works from one location in Toronto and does not operate in Aguacatillo. About 3,401 km in a straight line separate Aguacatillo from our location in Toronto; our delivery stops at about 250 km.
