Getting a quote

Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. A quote is free and comes from a person. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works.

When the car is ready

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.

Before you drop the car off

Ask any question you have before the work starts. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.

Looking after it afterwards

Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.

Why prices differ

We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.
