What happens after you ask

A person reads each request and replies within one business day. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. If you have a deadline, put it in the request.

How long you are without it

If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.

Keeping it that way

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.

What affects the price

Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.

Getting the car ready

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
