How to request it

We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. There is no one price: we quote your car after seeing the details. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more.

Getting the car ready

Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Ask any question you have before the work starts.

Looking after it afterwards

Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.

What goes into a quote

We price the job before we start, never after. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.

Planning around the work

Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
