Getting a quote

We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. Include the colour and any options that affect the work. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work.

Getting the car ready

Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.

What goes into a quote

A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.

Aftercare

Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.

When the car is ready

If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.

Honest about distance

We have one location, in Toronto, and none in Chimelo. Our delivery reaches about 250 km from Toronto, and Chimelo is about 3,250 km away.

If you can bring the car to the Toronto area, send a request and we quote it. We cannot send anyone to Chimelo to do the work. If you are unsure whether we can help with Chimelo, ask; we answer plainly. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and the offer shows the tax.
