Booking the work

If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. A quote is free and comes from a person. A person reads each request and replies within one business day.

How long it takes

A clear timeline comes with every quote. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.

What to bring

Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.

What affects the price

Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.

Looking after it afterwards

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
