Getting a quote

Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. The price depends on the car and the work, so we quote each car before we start. A person reads each request and replies within one business day.

How long you are without it

If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. A clear timeline comes with every quote. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.

What goes into a quote

We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.

A few things first

Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.

Keeping it that way

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
