From request to appointment

Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. A person reads each request and replies within one business day. Send photos and we reply with a price for your car. Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car.

On the day

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.

Planning around the work

Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.

How the price is set

We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.

After the work

Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.

Before you plan around us
