How to request it

Include the colour and any options that affect the work. A person reads each request and replies within one business day. We price each job once we know the car and what it needs. If you have a deadline, put it in the request.

Looking after it afterwards

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.

Why prices differ

Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.

How long you are without it

If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.

On the day

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Ask any question you have before the work starts. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
