Your request

We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car. Send a few details or photos and we reply with a price. Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work.

Pricing, plainly

Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. We price the job before we start, never after. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.

Aftercare

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.

When the car is ready

If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.

On the day

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.

Before you plan
