The request

Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. A short description of the problem is enough to start. Send photos and we reply with a price for your car. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree.

After the work

A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.

On the day

Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

How long you are without it

If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.

How the price is set

A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
