Getting a price

If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. You approve the price before we start. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works.

Looking after it afterwards

A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.

On the day

Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

Pricing, plainly

A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. We price the job before we start, never after. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.

When the car is ready

Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished.
