Getting a price

Include the colour and any options that affect the work. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. A quote is free and comes from a person. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate.

Aftercare

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.

What to bring

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

Why prices differ

The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.

Planning around the work

Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
