What happens after you ask

Include the colour and any options that affect the work. Not sure what the car needs? Describe it and we suggest the right work. A quote is free and comes from a person. Mention the year and trim so we price the right size of car.

Before you drop the car off

Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.

How long you are without it

Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. We keep you posted if the timing changes.

Looking after it afterwards

A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.

Pricing, plainly

We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
