Booking a time

A person reads each request and replies within one business day. A short description of the problem is enough to start. The price depends on the car and the work, so we quote each car before we start. Include the colour and any options that affect the work.

Looking after it afterwards

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.

Planning around the work

Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.

What to bring

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.

How the price is set

If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.

Our area and Forlones
