How to request it

Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works. You approve the price before we start. A person reads each request and replies within one business day.

Getting the car ready

Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.

What affects the price

A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.

Looking after it afterwards

Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.

How long it takes

Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. A clear timeline comes with every quote. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
