What to send us

Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. A short description of the problem is enough to start. The price depends on the car and the work, so we quote each car before we start. Say when the car is free, and we suggest a time that works.

How long you are without it

If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.

How the price is set

Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.

Keeping it that way

Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.

Before you drop the car off

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
