How to request it

We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in. Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers. A quote is free and comes from a person. A short description of the problem is enough to start.

Looking after it afterwards

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.

On the day

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.

Why prices differ

Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.

How long it takes

Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
