What happens after you ask

We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. There is no one price: we quote your car after seeing the details. Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate.

Looking after it afterwards

Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.

Before you drop the car off

Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.

Why prices differ

Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.

Planning around the work

Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
