Getting a price

A short description of the problem is enough to start. Tell us where the car is parked if it cannot be driven. There is no one price: we quote your car after seeing the details. A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide.

When the car is ready

Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.

Looking after it afterwards

Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.

What affects the price

Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.

What to bring

Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
