What happens after you ask

A short description of the problem is enough to start. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up. Send a few details or photos and we reply with a price. A person reads each request and replies within one business day.

Keeping it that way

Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.

A few things first

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.

Timing

You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.

What affects the price

The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.
