What happens after you ask
Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. Include the colour and any options that affect the work. There is no one price: we quote your car after seeing the details. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree.
Aftercare
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
When the car is ready
We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
A few things first
Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
Pricing, plainly
Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.
