Booking the work

A short description of the problem is enough to start. Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers. Send photos and we reply with a price for your car. A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide.

What affects the price

The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.

Before you drop the car off

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

Keeping it that way

Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.

How long you are without it

Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.
