Getting a price

A person reads each request and replies within one business day. We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree. Every car is different, so we reply with a price for yours. A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide.

Looking after it afterwards

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.

Why prices differ

The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.

When the car is ready

Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. A clear timeline comes with every quote.

Before you drop the car off

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
