How to request it

If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more. Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers. Send photos and we reply with a price for your car. A person reads each request and replies within one business day.

Planning around the work

Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.

After the work

Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.

How the price is set

Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.

On the day

Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Ask any question you have before the work starts.

Where we deliver
