Your request

Include the colour and any options that affect the work. Send the make, model and year, what you want done, and when suits you. You get a price for your car before anything is done. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in.

How long it takes

Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.

What affects the price

If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.

What to bring

Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.

Aftercare

Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
