A few things first

Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.

Looking after it afterwards

Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.

Timing

We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. We keep you posted if the timing changes. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.

Pricing, plainly

Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.
