From request to appointment

If you have a deadline, put it in the request. A person replies with a price and a time, and you decide. We price each job once we know the car and what it needs. Tell us whether the car can be dropped off or needs to be picked up.

How the price is set

Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car.

Before you drop the car off

Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.

Aftercare

Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.

How long it takes

If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
