Your request

A short description of the problem is enough to start. A person reads each request and replies within one business day. You get a price for your car before anything is done. If the job turns out bigger than expected, we tell you before doing more.

Planning around the work

Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.

Looking after it afterwards

Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.

A few things first

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.

What affects the price

The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. We price the job before we start, never after.
