Getting a quote

Photos help: a few pictures of the problem make the quote more accurate. Nothing is booked until you say yes to the price and the time. The quote comes before any work, so there are no surprises. We confirm the price and the time with you before the car comes in.

Why prices differ

If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.

After the work

Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.

What to bring

If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.

How long you are without it

Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
