Getting a price

We reply with a price and a time, and nothing is booked until you agree. Ask anything about the work in your request; a person answers. You approve the price before we start. A person reads each request and replies within one business day.

Keeping it that way

Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.

Getting the car ready

Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.

What goes into a quote

The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. We price the job before we start, never after. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.

Planning around the work

We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. We keep you posted if the timing changes. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days.
