An insurance replacement rental while it is repaired
Your car is in the shop; you keep driving. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, and bill your insurer when the claim covers it.

Accident repair: the Bertone
For your Bertone, dent repair starts with a short request. Small dents can often be pushed out from behind the panel when the paint is not broken. Repairs can go through an insurance claim or be paid directly; tell us which in your request.
Size and finish
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
The request
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Keep driving meanwhile
Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
What to bring
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim.
Keeping it that way
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.
Timing
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
Why prices differ
We price the job before we start, never after. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.
