Renting the 2020 Audi A4 Progressiv

If you need a car for rideshare or delivery work, read about the 2020 Audi A4 Progressiv here, then request it. Each platform sets its own vehicle rules, by city and model year; check them before you book. Weekly rates suit gig work; trips of 7 days or more use them.

A note on Java

If you need it in Java itself, send a request and we will tell you honestly whether we can help. Java is about 3,178 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area.

Klinefelter, Ibis and Arrowhead Junction are the closest places to Java on our list.

Engine and fuel

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo does the work, through a 7-speed automatic. The turbo gives a small engine the pull of a bigger one when you need it. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

A combined rating of 7.9 L/100 km works out to about 24 litres per 300 km. Every 100 km costs about $13.83 in fuel at our price setting.

Space, size and seats

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. At 4.76 m long, it is on the long side. Check the size of a tight parking spot. With 368 litres of luggage space by the EPA's measure, it takes about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who it is for

It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next.

In our fleet

Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Ask for this exact car in your request, and we tell you what we can offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates.

Licence, age and card

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more: that is where it starts. Young drivers are welcome: a daily fee applies under 26. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit amount depends on the car and is shown on its page. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.

Booking, step by step

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. The offer comes from a person, not a robot, and it carries the full price. When you approve the offer and pay, the car is booked for you.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Book ahead if you can; 2 hours is the shortest notice we take.

One more step

Request a car, read the offer, and decide. That is the whole process.
