Booking, step by step

Every booking starts as a request: the car, the dates and where you want it. Nothing is charged to send one. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. Give us 2 hours or more before the pickup and we can usually make it work.

Checking your details

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. A young driver fee applies each day for drivers under 26. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
