Your 2004 Lexus ES: the work
Your 2004 Lexus ES and a full detail: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. A full detail covers the interior and the exterior together.
About your ES
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
The request
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
How the price is set
We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
Planning around the work
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
Aftercare
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
A few things first
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
