Your Panoz: the work
Your Panoz needs a full detail? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. A full detail covers the interior and the exterior together.
The car itself
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Getting a price
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. You can add a rental to the same request.
Stay on the road
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Getting the car ready
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
Pricing, plainly
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more.
After the work
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
Planning around the work
Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
Talk to a person
A person reads every request and replies with the next step.
