Your Polestar: the work
For a full detail on the Polestar, it starts with a short request: what it needs and when. A full detail covers the interior and the exterior together.
Size and finish
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces.
The request
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. You can add a rental to the same request. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
Stay on the road
Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Why prices differ
Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car.
Aftercare
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.
How long it takes
If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
A few things first
Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
