Booking the work for the Standard
Auto detailing for the Subaru Standard: tell us about the car, and a person replies with a price and a time. A full detail covers the interior and the exterior together.
About your Standard
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
What to send us
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Ask anything about the work in the request.
A rental meanwhile
Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
How long you are without it
We keep you posted if the timing changes. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
What to bring
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
Pricing, plainly
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.
Keeping it that way
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
