The work on your e-tron
This page covers paint work for the Audi e-tron, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
About your e-tron
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
What to send us
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
Keep driving meanwhile
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
Pricing, plainly
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.
After the work
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.
On the day
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim.
How long you are without it
We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
