The 2021 Audi Q5 e: Auto paint
Need paint work for your 2021 Audi Q5 e? Tell us about the car and when suits you. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
The car itself
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
Booking a time
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
Need a car meanwhile?
While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. A rental means the work does not stop your week. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
Planning around the work
We keep you posted if the timing changes. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
Before you drop the car off
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
What goes into a quote
Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.
Aftercare
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
Get an offer
Tell us what the car needs and when it is free.
