Booking the work for the Q5 e
CarmaCars takes requests for paint work on the 2024 Audi Q5 e, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
The car itself
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. NHTSA lists no recall campaign for this model year.
What happens after you ask
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
Driving while yours is in
A rental means the work does not stop your week. Add a rental to the same request as the work. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
How the price is set
Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
Before you drop the car off
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim.
Keeping it that way
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.
How long you are without it
Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.
