Auto paint: your LaCrosse
Your 2016 Buick LaCrosse and paint work: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint work is matched to the original colour, panel by panel or the whole car.
Size and finish
As a mid-size car, it is a straightforward size for this work. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. NHTSA lists 2 recall campaigns for this model; a repair visit is a good moment to ask whether each was done.
What to send us
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Need a car meanwhile?
Add a rental to the same request as the work. While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Timing
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
On the day
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
What goes into a quote
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. We price the job before we start, never after. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.
After the work
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
