Size and finish
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Keep the repair invoice with the car's records.
What to send us
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
Keeping it that way
New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
How long it takes
If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.
A few things first
Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
What affects the price
Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match.
