Getting a price
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
Keep your week on track
While it is repaired, rent from us: an insurance replacement rental when the repair is a claim your adjuster approves, or at our usual rates. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
Planning around the work
If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. Coatings and paint need time to cure, which is part of the schedule.
A few things first
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Pricing, plainly
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
Looking after it afterwards
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
Let us know
Tell us about the car and the work, and we take it from there.
Request auto paint
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
